Channel Frederator RAW

Hey guys,

What do you think about having an "animation swap meet?" We could pass around some hard to find DVD's and VHS tapes. NO bootlegs, NO copies. Just officially manufactured videos. Let's say I have a VHS of a hard to find animated feature. I would announce it to the group. The first person to contact me would get it. The rules would be that the person receiving it must not keep it, sell it, or give it to someone outside the group. The person sending it out would be responsible for the cost of shipping and packaging. So, I would receive videos for free, but pay to send them out.

I have a couple great vids that I think are great inspiration to animators. I'd love to see them have a long active life rather than sitting on my shelf now that I have already watched them.

What do you guys think? I'm open to any better "business models." Does it sound like too much work to be worth it?

Let me know your thoughts.

Lenny
