Does anyone have any rad flash tricks or cheats?

I started typing one out but decided it was getting far too lengthy... creating a rubber hose effect using flash and illustrator. let me know if anyone is interested.

Heres a quick cheat to get a slo in slo out on a small movement.

1. Create your two extremes
2. Motion tween them with an ease of 100 (out)
3. Create a keyframe on the frame 2 frames before your last extreme
4. Remove that tween completely
5. Motion tween between your first extreme and the key you just created with an ease of -100 (in)
6. Create a key 2 frames after your first extreme
7. Remove your entire tween

Boom slo in, slo out!
Anyone have any more tricks or cheats?

I find that an easier way to do that is clicking the start frame of the tween and hitting edit next to the ease in/out box, that pops up a little graph which you can play with to adjust the speed of tweening. Same effect, less mess.
