I posted this link on another discussion. But Stephen has asked me post it again here. This is a better place for it.

This is a 2D Virtual Camera. This extension allows you to create a camera on the Flash stage and animate through environment. The resulting movie will publish as if you are looking through the camera.

The best part is that this extension places the new tool "2D Camera" in your tool bar (grouped with the hand tool). You need flash CS3 to use this extension.

I think that you need to be a member of the adobe exchange to get to this link - but that only takes about 2 minutes to do.

I am replying to myself again but I have another extension that I use a lot and it helps me cut down on coloring time. This one you have to pay for:

Its a slider tool that allows you to scrub through the embedded frames of a symbol and assign instances quickly. The kids I know that use it use it mainly for lip sync, like if you're using a lot of different characters with different mouth charts its quicker than going into the symbol every time you need to change a mouth shape, you just click and slide to the frame you want!
