I'm currently working on pilot for for a series of shorts about my incredibly over-weight black lab, Ozzie, and his never ending quest for food. I'm hoping to have it finished sometime this fall.
I'm currently working on a short called Lonesome Architect. It's about a little Tanooki boy who is a nature loving artist. I won't get into too many of the finer details, at least until it's finished. I'm taking my sweet time on it because I want to do some things that I've never done before, and I want them to look good. Hopefully I'll enter it in some festivals, but I'll post some picks soon here and on my blog.
I am currently working on some turnarounds for my character and object design class. I finished one, and am on the way of finishing another set of two. By the end of this weekend I should probably have all 4 done.
Anyways, here is the turnaround I am working on right now... I have to do all 3/4 views still:
Thank you kindly! I will most certainly post the others once they're done. I just noticed that the viking came out a little warped in the post above... It'll look better once he's completely done as well.
Sorry for the low quality btw, but the files are rather big, and the website won't allow me to post the actual sizes. I might just paste the direct links to the files next time.
Hah, I love yeti's! that guy in the 'hosen's entire character shape is great I also like how you set up the turnaround, plus the expressions and action poses on one page. AWESOME!
I am working on a proposed series of Flash animations called Martin the Spartan. I'm combining my love for Samurai Jack styled animation and background work with my fascination with ancient cultures, Roman, Egyptian and of course Sparta. Here's a few examples of backgrounds and character designs.
