Hello there, FLAnimators! I have an issue and I was wondering if someone could help me.
I'm trying to export out a 20 second long, 720x480 flash animation as a Quicktime file using Flash CS3. The reason why is because I used some JPEG elements in it, and I dont want them to look jaggedy when I export the final animation, like with a SWF.
I figured out how to export it at half the dimensions (as I intended it to be) through Quicktime settings. But now, despite only being 15 MBs, the animation slows down during parts with heavier amounts of animation. With a different compressor, I can make it as small as 6 MBs, and this still happens.
I was wondering if someone knew a good solution to this. Is there a way to export a FLA as a video file so that every frame is consistently loaded at the same rate, and there is no slowdown? Please help! Thanks!
PS - Here is the settings I am exporting at:
Compression: Animation
Depth: Thousands of Colors
Quality: Best
Frame Rate: 24
Key Frame Rate: 24
Dimensions: 360x240
NO Sound
NO Internet streaming
The file is attached.
