Thief and the Cobbler

Does anyone remember the Thief and the Cobbler (sometimes called the Princess and the Cobbler)? It was a movie animated by Richard Williams (Who Framed Roger Rabbit?), that he spent 20 years on, only to have it taken off him and finished off by japanese animators.

That movie was amazing. I cant seem to find a decent version on the internet, just a bunch of low-res youtube videos. :(
