Share 'Digital cameras...'

Random question. I want to save up for a new camera. My current one may have broken itself and keeps shutting off on its own. Well... I also kinda dropped it in it's little carrier a few times... I got really mad trying to download my pictures because it would get to the control screen and turn off. Then my computer goes where the f's the camera?! Would it be better to have someone look at it, or…
