thanks for the comment. it took me a whole semester of school to do it, which is about 3 months of really intense work. i know now that i need to set it up that the characters are blue-footed boobies. not many people have been getting that. but i'm glad you liked it!

Hey thanks for the suggestion I think I'll take your advice when I hit a lull in the school work. :)
If I did, I would be over there myself :P but no, I don't know of anyone looking for a 2D artist. All I can tell you is keep networking and keep getting exposure online. I know someone will find you and hire you then :)
Good suggestion, Andrea! But the real fact I made these videos are an attempt to prove that whatever animation tools you use, the only way to make a good show is to learn all the basic principles of filmmaking as well as to acquire passionate connection with the childhood (and other new stuff) things that you love for years.

Hi Andrea! Glad you like my video clip again! If you wonder how I did the camera moves, it all depends on how you imagine and perceive the surroundings and angles of whatever place in the eyes of a flying creature. Speaking of techniques, I did the classic hand-drawn animation (in my PC though), flipping and tracing each frame through MS Paint browsers, similar to what animators from the old days usually do.
I have had this idea for a series of short stories that are all themed around fairy tales, but not Disney fairy tales, original Grimm's fairy tales. They would all be original, but with a throw back to classic tales. I already have several written and all have a deceitfully lovely air about them until the grimm truth is revealed. Example is at: http://www.moonbugwings.com/devas
I graduated from the Art Institute of CA-SF in 2007. I am currently working for a web game company in South San Francisco called RocketOn. You can play this awesome game at rocketon.com. The game goes everywhere on the web! Even Frederator RAW! I designed many of the character outfits and hair, as well as other objects and animations.
