Tell us your story:

Born in port Alberni bc, i grew up loving cartoons but never allowed to watch them, or much of any tv for that matter. I remember when i was 10, running home so i could watch tex avery and animaniacs. then i would have to turn off the tv and let it cool before my dad came home. He would always put his hand on the back of the tv to check if i had been watching it. about 9 years go by and i find out you can actually work in animation. I applied for the next opening at VFS in the classical animation program.
I graduated april 2008, and since have been doing some freelance while trying to deal with normal retail jobs. I really do like drawing and animating so I'm just waiting to break into the industry.
