Pendulum Animation
Create a long cylinder or cube for your “string”
Create a pendulum from a poly cube with extrusions. (practice some of
your modeling skills!)
Either move pivot for “string” and pendulum to top. (d key) and
parent pendulum to string.
Or parent to a joint system.
Swing Pendulum back and forth in front view until it comes to a
complete stop.
Create Secondary or Overlapping action with the pendulum so that it
is swinging after string comes to a complete stop.
Please keep your keyframes as clean as possible. I only want to see
keys for the beginning and ending positions for the swing.
I added this to the wiki.
Will add rigging info by tomorrow.
