I'm currently residing in Buffalo, NY but am looking to explore new options. I enjoy animation, photography, and capturing emotion.

Shawshank Redemption, Spiderman 2, Periscope Down, Crash, Little Miss Sunshine, Desperado, Incredibles, Rattatouille, Finding Nemo, Monster's Inc, Reign on me, whose harry crumb?

Name any Miyazaki Film and I seem to fall in love with it. From Howl's Moving Castle to Valley of the Wind.

Favorite TV Shows:

Nip/tuck, Mythbusters, Dirty Jobs, Power of 10, random reality shows for background, Dexter, Six Feet Under, Oz.

Favorite Comics:

Strangers in Paradise, random Spider-man issues

Favorite Books:

James Patterson works for the most part, Dean Koontz too

Favorite Artists or Illustrators:

Hands down, Alphonse Mucha

Muse, Murder by Death, Electric Six, CSS, Blockhead, Incubus, Tool

Favorite Robots:

Only the really cool ones that you look at go "Awwwwwww cute" and then they transform from 2 feet to 50 feet tall and have 100's of destructive weapons.

Or ones that come from the head, like Canti from FLCL.

And of course Gir from Invaders Zim.

This place is great

I've only been using this site for about 2 days and it feels like a second home. Things are so homely here. I am seeing from around me that alot of people here have a better grasp at the 2D aspect of animation, something i'm not the greatest at. I have been a 3D animator ever since seeing "Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within". Granted, the writing for that movie was one of the most horrid things i've witnessed, but seeing something unreal given breathing life and emotion gave me tingles in my skin… Continue

As I mentioned, this film was my first time directing anything - ever (I think I made it like 7 or 8 years ago). So it was really scary.
Obviously if I could do it all over again there are a lot of things I would do differently, but what I can say in its favor is that it came out exactly how I wanted it at the time.
